Privacy Policy — All in One Calculator

All in One Calculator ("the app", "we", "us", "our") is developed by
ShellTechnos. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app handles,
how it is used, and the choices you have. By using the app you agree to this
policy.

1. Summary

The app is designed to work offline. All calculations run on your device,
and your calculation history, favourites and preferences are stored only on
your device — we do not upload them. The app shows ads (via Google AdMob and
direct sponsor banners) and can fetch live gold, silver and currency rates,
which involves limited data as described below. We do not require an account
and do not sell your personal information.

2. Information we handle

a) Information you choose to provide
If you use "Submit a Ticket" to report a problem or send feedback, we
collect the information you enter — your name, email address and message,
an optional file you attach, and basic technical details (app version,
device model and Android version) — and send it to our support system
(Atlassian Jira, via a Google Apps Script) so we can respond to you. This
is sent only when you tap Submit.
b) Advertising data
The app displays ads through Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads,
AdMob may access and process your device's advertising ID and related
device and usage information, and shares this data with Google. This
happens on devices where ads are enabled. We also show direct sponsor
banners that are contextual (non-personalised) and do not use your
advertising ID.
c) Data sent when fetching live content
To show live gold/silver rates, currency rates and current sponsor
offers, the app makes secure (HTTPS) requests to our service providers.
As with any internet request, the receiving servers may automatically log
standard technical data such as your IP address, device type and the time
of the request. We use this only to deliver the content and keep the
service working.
d) Information stored only on your device
Your saved calculations (History), favourites, recently used items,
theme and currency preferences, consent record, and a short-lived cache
of the sponsor-ad list are stored locally on your device using Android's
private app storage. This data is not transmitted to us and is removed if
you clear the app's data or uninstall the app.

3. How we use information

We use the information above to: run the app's features; respond to support
tickets you send; display and measure ads; deliver live rates and sponsor
content; and maintain, secure and improve the app. We do not use your saved
calculations for advertising.

4. Advertising and third parties

Ads are provided by Google AdMob. Google's handling of data is governed by
Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) and "How
Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services"
(https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites). Where required by
law, we will ask for your consent before showing personalised ads. You can
opt out of ad personalisation and reset or delete your advertising ID at any
time in Android Settings > Privacy > Ads.

5. Data sharing

We share data only as needed to run the app: with Google (AdMob) for
advertising; with our support-ticket provider (Atlassian) when you submit a
ticket; and with the providers that supply live rates and sponsor content.
We do not sell your personal information.

6. Data retention and your choices

- On-device data (history, favourites, settings) stays until you delete it
by clearing app data or uninstalling.
- Support tickets are retained as long as needed to handle your request.
- You can reset or delete your advertising ID, and limit ad tracking, in
your Android device settings.
- To request deletion of data you sent us via a support ticket, contact us
at the address below.

7. Security

Data transmitted by the app is sent over encrypted (HTTPS) connections.
On-device data is held in the app's private storage. No method of storage or
transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your
information.

8. Children's privacy

The app is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children
under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not
knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child
has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR or CCPA/CPRA), you may
have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your
personal data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us
using the details below.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be
reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate,
through a notice in the app.
